Partners - B.C. Jordan, M. Jordan, D.B. Jordan, S.C. Crisswell. Making a contract with us. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods we will either phone you or email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email or phone call confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. How to place an order Orders are taken in English and the contract will not be filed with any external organisation. Fill in the measurements and grade of foam you require plus any additional items on our on-line quotes and instant ordering web page and after having received your quote, click - Buy Now; you will then be transferred to our shopping cart where you are required to fill in your invoice and delivery details as well as your payment details, alternatively you can telephone us with your requirements or post us an order. On-line Credit/Debit card payments are accepted using a secure server. Any errors in dimensions and or grades of foam entered in the 'quote' section can be rectified by just re-entering the correct information; if you have progressed to the shopping cart and wish to amend an order please delete the number of items in the shopping cart and re-order the correct item Delivery Orders are delivered using a courier. There is a delivery charge of £10 per order. It is our intention to send goods out within 2 working days of receiving an order and our couriers should deliver within 2 working days of us dispatching the order. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of you having placed your order or if your goods have been damaged in transit please contact us promptly. Cancellation and returns The right to cancel and/or return exemption is most important and applies to any piece of foam that has been ordered to a customers specification. If you are at all unsure as to the best foam grade for your requirements or are unsure as to the size you require, please contact us prior to placing an order as you will not be able to cancel or return your foam order if it subsequently proves unsuitable for your requirements. This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel: Foam that has been cut and supplied to the customer's specifications (accepting normal working tolerances of +/- 4mm/0.25" in any dimension). You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. To do this please email or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief description will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you for the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Faulty goods If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.
