2/  Conditions of placing an order: where goods have been produced and supplied to a customer's specification, the customer shall not be entitled to return the goods for either a refund or credit should the goods not prove suitable for the customers particular application. The placing of an order accepts normal working tolerances of +/- 4mm (0.25") of any dimension.
3/  All orders will be completed within 30 days.
4/ If a customer has a complaint about the goods and or service they receive from Jordans they should write to David Jordan at the companies address given on this web site.
5/  Sale of Goods:- If any of Jordans products are faulty, or do not match their technical specification, the customer is entitled to reject them and claim a refund. Products manufactured to a customer's specifications that subsequently prove to be unsuitable for the customers application are not eligable for a refund. The customer accepts normal working tolerances of +/- 0.25"/4mm of any dimension.
6/  Data Protection:- Any personal information supplied to us by a customer will not be passed on to a third party.
